The Healing Ministry

For work, I’m writing an article on Jesus’ healing ministry. I’m thinking about examining the hemorrhaging woman who gets healed by touching Jesus’ robe because it’s one of my favorite stories. Can you imagine how elated and yet how afraid she must have been as she was healed and then called on the carpet for it? My favorite part of the story is best told in The Message—Jesus tells her that she is “healed and whole” and to “live well and live blessed.” She gets healing AND freedom, all in one five-minute time span! How cool is that?!

Any other ideas of stories I should mention specifically? (They don’t all have to be biblical. Documented anecdotes are allowed as well.)
